Can I try Premium for free?
Yes — new iOS subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
How do I cancel?
iOS subscribers cancel in iOS Settings → Subscriptions → MemoryMaps Premium. Web subscribers cancel from the Stripe billing portal at memorymaps.app/dashboard/settings/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Will I lose my memories if I cancel?
No. Your account, memories, adventures, and connections stay exactly as they are. You just lose access to Premium-only features (4K uploads, subscriber badge). Your existing 4K uploads continue to play back at their original quality.
Can I use Premium across iOS and the web?
Yes — your Premium status follows your account, regardless of which device you signed up on. iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple; web subscriptions are managed by Stripe. We don’t double-charge — pick whichever platform works best for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
iOS uses your Apple ID payment method (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Apple ID balance). Web checkout uses Stripe and accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. We’re starting simple with monthly only so we can ship fast and learn what subscribers actually want. Yearly + family plans are on the roadmap.
