## What MemoryMaps Does

MemoryMaps lets people build a visual map of their lives. Every photo or video memory is pinned to the exact location where it was taken, creating a personal atlas of experiences. Users can:

- Capture and share geotagged photo/video memories with captions, tags, and location data
- View their memories on an interactive map with clustering, time-based filtering, and multiple map styles
- Follow other users and discover content through an explore feed
- Schedule delayed posts for privacy when traveling
- Message other users directly
- Save and bookmark other users' memories

## Who Uses MemoryMaps

Travelers, photographers, food explorers, city dwellers, and anyone who wants to document and share the places they experience. Think of it as a social media platform where the map is the feed — every post lives on the map, and you explore content by exploring the world.

## Content on MemoryMaps

Public user profiles are available at memorymaps.app/{username}. Each profile shows the user's memories on a map and in a grid view, along with their follower/following counts and bio.

Individual memories are viewable at memorymaps.app/{username}/memories/{memoryId} and include the photo/video, caption, location, tags, likes, and comments.

Hashtag pages are available at memorymaps.app/tags/{tag} showing all memories with that tag.
